Delivery, Returns and Warranty

Shipping/Delivery

We can ship to any address in mainland UK. Other locations such as Ireland are subject to extra shipping charges and /or insurance. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Orders will normally be dispatched within 24 hours. Shipping is free and is normally done with Royal Mail Insured and Signed for with delivery next day by 1.00pm.

When you place an order, we will confirm shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Please also note that the shipping insurance for many items we sell are value-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all values will be rounded up.

 

Returns Policy

You may return any item from our collection within 14 days of delivery for a full refund provided it is in the same condition as it was received. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
(Item must be in same unworn condition with Security Tag still attached.)
 If you need to return an item, call or e-mail us your intention to return it, or simply Login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. The payment will be refunded by the same method it was paid. Alternatively, call or e-mail us about your return and you will receive a Return Authorisation Code as well as detailed instructions for returning your order.

Returns will be taken back within 14 days only if they have remained un-worn and in the exact same condition as sold.  Please note that items showing signs of wear, or having been altered,  re-sized  or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Evaluation of the condition will be at the discretion of our highly trained staff.  We reserve the right to charge restocking fees (normally 10%) if any of these conditions are not met. This will be within reason, but will be determined by us by the extent to which these conditions were broken or any damage that has been caused to the returned item.

Returns of orders will be confirmed only where you have returned the item in its original condition, unworn and together with its original packaging and certificate where applicable. Non-return of an original certificate will be charged at £120 for a replacement certificate and you may be charged an additional replacement cost for packaging and any other collateral material.

For security reasons we recommend that you do not use the name ‘PreLoved Branded Jewellery‘ anywhere on the packaging of your returned item because it includes the term “ jewellery”. If you have any questions regarding returns please e-mail our Customer Services representative who will provide you with further instructions. Note: ‘PreLoved Branded Jewellery’ will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of your return, late delivery or cancellation of your order, so we advise that you retain all proof of posting and documentation. Warranty

‘PreLoved Branded Jewellery’ gives a 12 month authenticity guarantee on items purchased from the Company. Some items might still be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Items listed as Pre-Owned

Where possible the original paperwork will accompany the item, but in most cases will be out of manufactures warranty.

Some jewellery items due to the nature of the items are excluded from a full warranty. We will extend a limited warranty to cover any minor incidentals or manufacturing defects at our discretion. Feel free to enquire what warranty comes with your specific item.

Watches

Watch movements are also covered under our 12 month warranty.  This warranty does not apply to damage done by inappropriate use or mistreatment or handling error of the watch. The warranty does not extend to the bracelets, cases or watch glasses, nor does it cover any damage done to the case or the movement by water or moisture entering the watch due to mishandling.
